Now...following that line of thinking, that means that he wasn't cofortable being on "tv" where the typical "man on the street" shot is from the shoulders up but he WAS comfortable walking around the usually heavily populated P & L District sans undies. Now...that makes one wonder if.....oh dear...I've gone cross-eyed! Ok..so maybe he thought you were tv (forget the fact that you probably didn’t have any tv cameras around you whatsoever).
